WWGR-Gator Country 101.9 announced that Valleri St John, from "Val and Scott in the Morning" has been nominated for Medium Market Personality of the year by the Academy of Country Music. St. John has been the voice of Gator Country for nearly 11 years and is known market-wide for her genuine manner. The 43rd Academy of Country Music Awards is dedicated to honoring and showcasing the biggest names and emerging talent in the country music industry. The Awards show will be broadcasted LIVE from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Sunday, May 18, at 8:00 p.m.
