EECON Inc. announces new location

Emidy EECON, Inc., a commercial general contracting company, is proud to announce partners Pete Emidy, President, and Chris Eichhorn, Vice President of Construction have opened an office in Bonita Springs. The company offers complete building services from budgeting to project coordination and owner counsel.

Emidy and Eichhorn founded the company

after over 25 years combined experience in the Southwest Florida construction market. Both have extensive experience in the coordination and supervision of commercial and highrise projects for clients such as WCI Communities, Collier Enterprises, and The Lutgert Companies.

Still in the early stage of the development of the company, EECON has specialized in landscaped entry features, architectural monuments and commercial interior build outs and renovations. EECON has developed working relationships with multiple design professionals including architects, engineers and interior designers for seamless and all inclusive client service. The company is currently working on a variety of projects for clients such as West Bay Club, The Bonita Bay Group, LeParc Condominium Association, VK Development, Pelican Landing Home Owners Association and Bendersen Development.
