Waldrop Center construction starts in Bonita Springs

COURTESY RENDERING Waldrop Center Waldrop Group recently broke ground on Waldrop Center, a Class-A office building in Bonita Springs, located at 28100 Bonita Grande Drive, south of Bonita Beach Road and east of I-75.

When completed this fall, the three-story building will contain 38,500 square feet of professional office and medical space. In addition to Mediterranean-inspired architecture, Waldrop Center will feature marble flooring and wood crown molding throughout the common areas.

Units range from approximately 900 to 5,900 square feet and are available for sale or lease. Potential tenants include insurance companies, attorneys, accountants, architects, designers, physicians and other businesses seeking upscale office space with convenient access to all of Southwest Florida.
