Second phase of Jetport Commerce Park now leasing

COURTESY RENDERING Jetport Commerce Park Construction is underway by Waldrop Group on Phase II of Jetport Commerce Park in Fort Myers at 13720 Jetport Commerce Parkway. The industrial flex development is just east of I-75 in the Jetport Interstate Commerce Park, one block west of Treeline Boulevard and one block south of Daniels Parkway.

Each of the 16 office and warehouse units in the second phase contains 2,464 square feet of lease space, with approximately 1,452 square feet warehouse and 1,012 square feet office. The generous office size is expected to appeal to a wide range of commercial tenants, including businesses seeking proximity to the Southwest Florida International Airport, I-75 and Florida Gulf Coast University.

Phase I opened in 2007 with 13 flex units. When Phase II is completed later this spring, Jetport Commerce Park will contain a total of 29 office and warehouse units.
