Wojnar Nathan Sheppard is the newest addition to Colliers Arnold's Southwest Florida Retail Team, one of the strongest retail groups in the Southeast United States. Sheppard joins the team of Karen Johnson-Crowther, Charlene Greenblatt, Lindsey Schmoyer, and Salli Jones-Doyon where he will specialize in retail landlord and tenant representation. The Southwest Florida group is part of the Colliers International retail team which represents more than 8 million square feet of retail space and more than 70 retailers. Prior to joining Colliers Arnold, Sheppard worked with Gates D'Alessandro & Woodyard as a retail leasing and sales associate.

Karen Wojnar, residential associate, has joined the office of RE/ MAX Realty Group, Fort Myers. Wojnar has an extensive background in real estate in Michigan and Florida's east coast. She moved to Fort Myers in 1985 and returned to the real estate market in 2001 as a full-time agent.

Sally Bond Lowrey, CCIM, has joined Engel & Völkers Fort Myers River District, a real estate brokerage firm, as a sales associate. Lowrey has been a licensed Kentucky Real Estate Broker since. She relocated to Southwest Florida in 1995 where she has remained active in the commercial and residential community. Recently, she was employed by a regional developer and was responsible for a large, mixed-use development in The River district, Downtown Fort Myers. Engel & Völkers is one of the largest and fastest growing International brokerages in Europe with over 350 offices worldwide.

Lowrey Bonita Bay Group announced that the TwinEagles real estate team has two new members. Michael Vranek has been appointed director of sales for TwinEagles, the 1,115-acre masterplanned community in North Naples developed by Bonita Bay Group. Vranek has 26 years experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining TwinEagles, he was with Stock Development at Lely Resort as vice president of sales and was named 2004 Sales Manager of the Year by Collier Building Industry Association, where he is a member.

Vranek Peggy Hammer has joined the real estate team at TwinEagles as a sales associate. Hammer held sales associate positions at Florida Lifestyle Homes, and Elias Bros. Communities, as well as with R & D Communities, working as an associate within Mediterra, another community being developed by Bonita Bay Group.
