COURTESY PHOTO The Harwick Homes' Mondavio in the Verona neighborhood at Mediterra has four bedrooms, four full baths, a powder room, and pool bath with 5,676 square feet of living space and 9,331 total square feet. Harwick Homes' newest model home in Mediterra, the Mondavio, has a grand staircase, 24-foot parlor ceiling and a 1,250-squarefoot verandah. Yet, all this space is balanced with private areas - a study, a second-floor media room and a secluded master suite - and interior design elements that add warmth.

The Mondavio is a custom single-family model, and overlooks the 17th hole of the Tom Fazio-designed North Course from its homesite in the Verona neighborhood. Mediterra is the 1,697-acre master-planned community in Naples created by Bonita Bay Group.

The model has four bedrooms, including two master suites, four full baths, a powder room and pool bath; and 5,676 square feet of living space among two floors. Covered outdoor spaces, a covered entry and a threecar garage bring the model's total square feet to 9,331.

Sliding glass doors in the parlor, zerocorner sliding glass doors in the leisure room and second-floor master suite, and French doors in several rooms enhance the home's connection to its outdoor areas.

The golf course and a nature preserve are showcased from the Mondavio's master bedroom, which has four bay windows and two pairs of double French doors. The suite also has two walk-in closets and a bath with a water closet with bidet, a jetted raised tub and dual-entry marble-clad shower with a bay window overlooking a privacy garden. His-and-her vanities are painted furniture pieces. Hers also has a dressing table; his a built-in armoire with stained glass accents.

The Mondavio features decorative ceiling, floor and wall treatments throughout, and has an elevator, dining room, butler's pantry and wine bar.

The kitchen has a built-in side-by-side refrigerator, an ice drawer underneath, a stainless steel oven tower with a warming drawer, and a stove-side faucet for filling large pots. Its breakfast bar has two dishwashers and a double sink. A second sink is in the center island.

The leisure room has a built-in bookcase and a second built-in with a flat-screen TV. Zero-corner sliding doors open to the covered verandah, and extend interior space outside. Outdoor areas include a summer kitchen and a fireplace. The home has a raised pool deck, finished with pavers, and a raised spa with multi-level spillovers to the pool.

The Mondavio's second floor has a loft with Juliet balcony overlooking the parlor; a media room with a wet bar; and two bedrooms, including the second master suite, which has private access to the upper verandah and a private full bath with a walk-in closet, a shower and dual vanities.

The model features interior design by Collins & DuPont Interiors. It is priced at $5,895,000, fully furnished.
