Toll Brothers open new models at The Reserve

The new model row includes new home designs available for the first time at The Reserve at Estero as well as award-winning concepts, said Gary Hains, assistant vice president for Toll Brothers. The designs are available in the second section of The Reserve at Estero, now under construction.
The furnished models include interiors by Design Group West.
The Ambassador Collection is represented by the San Rio and the two-story Tosara designs.
The award-winning San Rio is a spacious three-bedroom, two-and one-half bath home with a family room and breakfast area as well as formal living and dining rooms. In the model, the design is presented as two bedrooms plus a study. The San Rio encompasses 1,981 air-conditioned square feet, and with a two-car garage, covered entry and lanai, a total of 2,687 square feet.
The Tosara, a new design for The Reserve at Estero, offers four bedrooms and two and one-half baths. This home features a dramatic two-story living room, formal dining room, family room, breakfast area and second story loft. The home encompasses 2,545 square feet of air-conditioned living space, and a total of 3,255 square feet including a two-car garage, covered entry and lanai.
The Legacy Collection is represented by the Gianna and the Carmona home designs, both new designs.
The Carmona is also a two-story home with three bedrooms, two full baths and one half-bath. The design offers a formal living room, family room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, laundry room and powder room on the first level. In addition to the three bedrooms and two baths on the second level, there is a spacious loft. The Carmona has 2,335 square feet of air-conditioned living area, and a total of 2,933 square feet with two-car garage, covered lanai and entry.
The Gianna is a flexible two-story design, offering the option of three bedrooms plus a study, four bedrooms, or three bedrooms with an upstairs bonus room. The home also has the option of two or three full baths. The model is designed with three full bedrooms, an office and a paneled upstairs game room, reminiscent of a classic clubroom design. Furnished with a West Indies flavor, the Gianna has 1,972 air-conditioned square feet.
Pricing at The Reserve at Estero begins in the mid-$200,000s.
Amenities at The Reserve at Estero include an 8,000 square-foot clubhouse with a community room, catering kitchen, stateof the-art fitness center, aerobics room and billiards room. Outdoors there is a resortstyle community pool with spa, tennis courts and a sports court as well as a tot lot.
Located about 1/2 mile east of U.S. 41, The Reserve at Estero will consist of 494 singlefamily homes.
