PHOTO COURTESY OF ROBB & STUCKY The Catalano model by Toscana Homes in Castelli at Miromar Lakes is one of the numerous models available for viewing during the First Annual Designer Model Showcase presented by Robb & Stucky Interiors. The roster for the First Annual Designer Model Showcase, hosted by Robb & Stucky in conjunction with some of the area's most respected builders and developers, began with more than a dozen homes on the tour. But at the last minute, just before the tour tickets were printed, three models that were slated for the tour sold bringing the total number of participating proprieties to 11 models. Then, after the opening weekend of the showcase another unit sold.

"There is no better reason for a model home to be pulled from the Designer Model Showcase than that it has sold," states Dan Lubner, vice president of marketing and business development for Robb & Stucky Interiors. "This is very good news for Southwest Florida's economic picture."

The four sold units had different design personalities, color schemes and furnishing plans. "The distinctive interior designs of each of the three mid-rise units, along with their exclusive location in The Colony Golf and Bay Club, a WCI Community, made each an exceptionally attractive property. In the luxurious Southwest Florida market, it is essential to create memory points in interior design to differentiate one model from the next," adds Kris Kolar, vice president of interior design for Robb & Stucky Interiors. "This was the premise for the Robb & Stucky Designer Model Showcase, to encourage potential buyers to view a sampling of properties the area has to offer and a great way to see the latest trends in home furnishings, colors, appliances and space planning."

Ticketholders will be able to tour the beautiful properties on the tour, many in gated communities such as Gulf Harbour, WCI-The Colony Gulf and Bay Club, Palmira, Bell Tower Park and a luxurious address in Old Naples. Each model exemplifies a distinctive interior design.

The three-weekend tour continues on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 29, March 1 and March 2. Homes will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and noon to 4 p.m. on Sundays. Tickets are free and are available at all Robb & Stucky showrooms in Southwest Florida.
