Construction on the last residence in Isola Bella, a neighborhood of Grand Estate Homes within Costa del Lago at Miromar Lakes, has recently been completed.

Isola Bella is a private island with thirteen waterfront home sites, each one a half acre or larger. The neighborhood features paver streets with ornamental street lighting and is connected to land by a neo-classical bridge. Each home site includes dock rights. Sales of the home sites commenced in Spring 2003 and were sold out in Spring 2006. Prices for Isola Bella residences ranged from $3.5 to $6 million, including the home site.

Grand Estate Homes are currently available in two other Miromar Lakes waterfront neighborhoods, on the shores of Lake Maggiore: Sorrento and Castelli. Sorrento is a neighborhood of only 12 home sites, located at The Peninsula, a new enclave within Miromar Lakes. Prices begin in the high $4 millions, including home and home site. At Castelli, a neighborhood of 8 home sites, only one home site remains at $1.375 million. There are also three furnished models and one spec home available starting at $4.5 million. Builders in both neighborhoods include Gulfshore Homes, Toscana Homes and Snell Construction.

The award-winning Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club is a residential waterfront resort community with over 700 acres of contiguous aquamarine freshwater lakes, three miles of private, white sandy beach and "signature" championship golf, all within one luxurious setting. Miromar Lakes offers endless opportunities for in-lake swimming, boating, sailing, water-skiing and fishing. As the centerpiece of the community, the 39,206 square foot, award-winning Beach Club is comprised of three buildings. The Blue Water Beach Grill features contemporary fare in an open-air setting with panoramic lake and beach views. The European-style Spa encompasses a fullservice beauty salon and a state-of-the-art Fitness Center with a Pilates Studio and Aerobics Room. Located directly on the water's edge, the Beach Clubhouse offers gourmet evening dining indoors or under the stars with seating for 250 people, an indoor/outdoor lounge with wine room, a library, billiard room, card room, a theater and business center. A private "beachside" dining room provides intimate seating around a fireplace and has French doors that open up to the beach and Lake Como. Other Beach Club amenities include a 10,000 square foot, zero-edge infinity pool, world-class Concierge Services and Marine Services. The Beach Club also has an array of activities including tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, and a children's playground.
