Debra K. Rowan recently joined The Art and Science of Successful Planning as an associate, announced Tyler G. Harrelson, the firm's president. Rowan has been in the employee benefits field for the last decade as an account representative with Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Florida., Premier Insurance in Cape Coral, and most recently with Dawson Employee Benefits of Naples. She will maintain her emphasis in developing relationships with businesses throughout Southwest Florida as an employee benefits advisor.
