Napco Companies announced the completion of the Commons at Horseshoe, a professional office complex at 2660 North Horseshoe Drive in central Naples. Fifteen office suites, approximately 1,200 square feet each, are currently available for sale starting at $299,000 or leaseback available.

The Commons at Horseshoe is comprised of four single-story buildings, approximately 4,800 square feet each, which are interconnected via covered walkways. Each building has four customizable office suites that can be combined for larger size requirements. The offices are delivered as "vanilla shells" finished with air conditioning, drywall, insulation, drop ceiling, fire protection sprinkler system and restrooms already in place.

Built by Napco Construction, a division of the Napco Companies, the Commons at Horseshoe feature a concrete block exterior with stucco finish, hurricane rated impact glass, tile roofs, decorative awnings, covered entrances, 71 parking spaces, with lush landscaping including brick paver walkways and fountains.
