Florida Rep tickets now available online
Florida Repertory Theatre announced that its tickets are now available online. For the first time in the theatre's 10-year history, patrons can now purchase tickets through the website, www.floridarep.org.
"We redesigned the website this season, which was a significant step forward," said Robert Cacioppo, producing artistic director.
Florida Rep is currently running a production of the nine-time Tony-winning musical, "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum," starring Tony nominee, Stephen Mo Hanan, and tickets for that production are now available online.
Tickets for the theatre's fundraising event on March 1, Roman Forum 2008, are also available on the Web site.
On Saturday, March 1 at 6:30pm, Bay Street, in the Fort Myers River District, will be transformed into a Roman Forum and come alive with dancers, models, street performers, decadent food and wine.
Florida Rep invites you to be a part of the Roman festivities in honor and celebration of the arts and live theatre in Southwest Florida.
"A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum" plays at Florida Repertory Theatre through March 16. Performances are Tues.- Sat. at 8 p.m., with 2 p.m. matinees on Wed., Sun. and selected Saturdays.
