Tarpon Point home wins eight awards

Voted "Best Overall" in CCCIA Builders' Showcase

The Amelia model in Tarpon Landings, the first condominium village in Tarpon Point Marina was presented with eight awards including the "Best Overall" award in its category at the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association's Builders' Showcase award ceremony.

The 2,888-square foot condominium model also won prizes for best exterior, best kitchen, best bathroom, best pool area, best interior, best floor plan and best landscaping in Category 9. Developed by Grosse Pointe Development Company, Interior Design Elements in Naples merchandised the Amelia; The Evans Group designed community landscaping and Tarpon Landings' pool.

Tarpon Landings is made up of three buildings containing 210 condominium homes, each building with 12 floors of homes over two floors of two- and three-car enclosed garages. Homes, which range in size from 2,888 to 5,296 square feet of air-conditioned living space, are priced from the $700s to more than $3.5 million.

Amenities include MarinaVillage at Tarpon Point, which is now under construction, featuring a waterfront retail center; a 184-room resort-style condo/ hotel; two waterfront restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating; a day spa and fitness center; resort-style pool; and a deep-water marina with 175 slips for boats up to 75 feet long. Other features in MarinaVillage open to the public include fishing charters, tours and boat rentals.

Situated at the mouth of the Caloosahatchee River, Tarpon Point Marina is located at 5902 Silver King Boulevard. At build out within the next nine years, Tarpon Point Marina will have 976 single-family homes, condominium homes, park homes and lake-view homes.
