River Hall grand opening to benefit local children

River Hall's two-story, 14,000-square-foot amenity center recently opened in the 2,000-acre Palm Beach Boulevard development. LandMar Group, developer of River Hall, will host a weekend of festivities to celebrate the grand opening of the River Hall Country Club and Golf Course and two new models by Arthur Rutenberg Homes by Lyons Housing. The "A is for Art Tour" will benefit local children's charities.

Tour model homes and the newly opened River Hall Golf Clubhouse all weekend to view and bid on artwork created by Fort Myers area students.

The Tour begins at the River Hall Welcome House where a tour card and map will be distributed with directions to the models and clubhouse.

Submit a validated tour card and qualify to win a $500 gift card to Pottery Barn or the River Hall Golf Clubhouse.

A display of artwork by River Hall Elementary School students and children from AFCAAM will be featured throughout the touring areas. Participants are invited to bid on the artwork through a silent auction. All proceeds benefit local children's organizations. Light refreshments will be served.

The event is open to the public on Saturday, Feb. 23, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 24, noon to 5 p.m.

The new model homes include:

The "Cancun" model by Arthur Rutenberg Homes by Lyons Housing with nearly 2,400 square feet; three bedrooms, a den, and three bathrooms; great room floor plan; and a formal dining space set off by dramatic columns. The model features a heated pool and spa with fountain and overlooks the sixth hole of the River Hall golf course

The "Heron" model by Arthur Rutenberg Homes by Lyons Housing contains about 1,900 square feet; two bedrooms plus a den and two bathrooms; kitchen, morning room, and master suite maximize great outdoor views; luxurious master suite offers an entrance to the lanai. The model features a heated pool and spa with fountain and also overlooks the sixth hole of the River Hall golf course
