Augeri John Augeri, director of operations and safety for Bonita Springs-based Heatherwood Construction, is celebrating his 10-year anniversary with the company. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Augeri is responsible for safety education and certification of all Heatherwood employees; overseeing superintendents; and monitoring projects for quality, workmanship and safety. Augeri holds a 40-hour OSHA Compliance certification and has completed a 50-hour course in forklift safety training. He regularly attends training courses through the Collier Building Industry Association and Safe Site.
