Ursula Cappelletti, Bettina Edwards, Martha Graham and Angelika Kade are featured in the latest BIG ARTS exhibit opening March 5 and running through March 31 in Founders Gallery.
An artists' reception will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Friday, March 7 at BIG ARTS, 900 Dunlop Road, Sanibel.
Ursula Cappelletti experimented with mixed media and the interrelationship of colors when she studied at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Brussels, Belgium. Bettina Edwards finds beauty in a special weathering in people and objects acquired over time.
An award winner in photography in many juried shows, she is a retired psychotherapist, which is reflected in her interest in the impact that life has on things.
Martha Graham will exhibit a "One page Book" show. She hopes to engage the audience in conversation through visual voice from her latest book, "Quirks and Giggles." She has studied art at Parsons School of Design and Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, and has had an interior design business.
