Dan Luft, Executive Vice President of Compass Construction, Inc. announced the completion of the Miromar Lakes Beach Club Phase II in Estero.
Located near Florida Gulf Coast University, this facility was built for the exclusive use of the residents of Miromar Lakes. The 26,344 SF clubhouse promotes socializing on a grand scale, with unique features such as an entry courtyard area with fountains, a large bi-level dining facility, interior and exterior bars, large Arbrigo di Sueno and Loggia areas for gathering, private dining room with fireplace, wine rooms with custom made entry gates imported from Morocco, a private theater that seats 40, library with fireplace, a billiards room and cards room, commercial kitchen facility, and custom wading pool with pavered deck, located on the edge of the lake, which offers stunning views in all directions. The unique architectural style of this project, featuring wood custom wood moldings, wood and stone flooring throughout, faux painting, exposed beams and specializied lighting and sound systems, has been designed to compliment the existing spa facility located next door.
