Listingbook signs Cape Realtors
Listingbook, a real estate technology service that connects agents with their clients, has signed a deal with the Cape Coral Association of Realtors. This marks the fourth Florida partnership signed by Listingbook in under a year, as the company continues to help agents and their customers in a struggling market. Training will begin for the 700 Realtor members on Feb. 14, and have additional classes on Feb. 26, March 11 and 13.
Designer Showcase opens at IDC
The Southwest Florida Symphony Society presents "The Art of Design," showcasing the latest in interior and exterior living design trends, techniques and materials created by some of the industry's top designers beginning Feb. 18 and running through March 2. A residential floor plan will be replicated in a unique 5,000 square foot setting within the International Design Center, representing twelve distinctive rooms and spaces. Exciting workshops and seminars will also take place on a wide range of topics, from designing "green" to use of lighting color and more.
Tickets are $20 and are available in the Baker, Stickley and Pierre Deux showrooms at the IDC. The Southwest Florida Symphony also has tickets available at the box office or online at www. swflso.org (click on Symphony Society/ Events). All proceeds benefit the Southwest Florida Symphony Orchestra and Chorus.
A Preview Gala will launch "The Art of Design" on Sunday, February 17. The cost is $65 per person. Tickets may be obtained at the International Design Center.
Bonita Bay adds builder at TwinEagles
Bonita Bay Group announces that Divco Construction Corp. joined the custom single-family builder program in Grand Arbors and in The Estates at TwinEagles. Divco joins the seven participating homebuilders in Grand Arbors: A.R.B.C. Pinnacle Awards: call for entries
The Lee Building Industry Association invites those seeking recognition for an outstanding level of success and professionalism in new home sales and marketing during the year 2007, to be a part of the 2008 Pinnacle Awards. Competition is open to all members of the Lee BIA, their advertising agencies and marketing consultants. The deadline for applications is Thursday, March 20 at 5 p.m. One-three entries: $250 each, additional entries: $175 each; Paradise Package: 10 or more entries, $2,000 total.

Robb & Stucky Interiors proudly announces the First Annual Designer Model Showcase. The three weekend event will take place Friday, Saturday and Sunday on Feb. 15-17, 22-24 and Feb. 29-March 2. Tour attendees will have the opportunity to view spectacular singlefamily homes and high-rise residences in the area's most prestigious communities.
"Model home tours are a fantastic opportunity to not only look for new properties in the area, they also are a great way to see the latest trends in home furnishings, colors, appliances and space planning," said Kris Kolar, vice president of interior design for Robb & Stucky Interiors. Ticket holders will be able to tour more than a dozen models in several private gated communities including Gulf Harbour and The Cove at Palmetto Point in Fort Myers, West Bay Club in Estero, The Colony and Palmira Golf & Country Club in Bonita Springs and a luxurious address in Old Naples.
Tickets are complimentary and currently available at all Robb & Stucky locations in Southwest Florida. Homes will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and noon to 4 p.m. on Sundays during the three consecutive weekends of the event.
