Models under construction in Greens Edge at Province Park

COUTESY RENDERING Each of the 330 condominium homes in Greens Edge features a spacious veranda that overlooks the recently renovated Eastwood Golf Course in Fort Myers. Model homes are currently under construction in Greens Edge at Province Park, announced community Sales Manager Howard Krass. The community is located on Winkler Extension, just north of the intersection at Colonial Boulevard.

There are three floor plans available at Greens Edge, ranging in size from 2,162 to 2,615 total square feet. The homes are situated in one of 11, six-story condominium buildings overlooking Eastwood Golf Course.

The Aberdeen is 2,303 total square feet, including three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a den. This spacious home features a grand room, café, and master suite with a walk-in-closet, his-and-her vanity, stand-alone shower and a garden tub.

The 2,162 square foot Broadmoor contains three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a den. The home also features a grand room, café and master suite including a walk-in-closet, hisand her vanity, stand-alone shower and a garden tub.

The Carlsbad features two master suites with walk-in closets, full master baths including his-and-her vanities, stand-alone showers and garden tubs. The home also features a spacious grand room, dining room and den.

All of the residences at Greens Edge feature raised panel cabinetry, a choice of Corian or granite countertops, Whirlpool appliances, a combination of ceramic floor tile and wall-towall carpeting and a one car detached garage.

The models will be complete in February 2008. Homes at Greens Edge are priced from the $280s.
