Sudderth Dr. David B. Sudderth, a board certified neurologist and psychiatrist with Neuroscience & Spine Associates, has been named a Fellow of the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians. Sudderth focuses his practice on the treatment of patients with backache, workers' compensation issues, headaches and chronic pain. The AADEP is the premier organization that produces educational courses to the medical community on such issues as permanent impairment, treatment of industrial related conditions, and surgical treatment of back pain. Neuroscience & Spine Associates is a Southwest Florida practice comprised of 11 physicians with six area locations in Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties including an MRI Center. The firm was established in 1993.
