Herocare expanding nationwide

Houk Houk Herocare has recently launched 23 new markets across the country. Headquartered in Fort Myers, Herocare is one of the country's only non-profit organizations designed specifically to benefit public servants.

Founded by Lane Houk, Herocare opened eight months ago and now offers services in ten states and 31 U.S. counties.

"Our mission is to remove barriers and open doors for those that do so much for their community," Houk said. "With the new service areas, we're excited to be extending our reach and ready to begin assisting heroes across the country."

Eligible participants include veterans or active military personnel, school system employees (including private schools and colleges), nurses and all medical system employees, first responders such as

police officers, firefighters and paramedics, and all government workers (city, county, state and federal), plus retirees from these sectors. Ideally, this includes the entire public servant populous that provide critical operations in an area.

Eligible participants should contact Herocare's complimentary concierge service which helps to answer questions, ease concerns and connects them with area businesses, called affiliates. The concierge service also follows up to make sure the need was met and ensures a great experience.

Currently offering financial, credit and real estate related services, Herocare plans to expand its offerings exponentially over the next year, adding 50 new affiliates a month. Additionally, it will be rolling out a new discount program (the Herocare Rewards Program) in the next few months offering even more financial savings to heroes everywhere.
