Gates D'Alessandro & Woodyard announced the following transactions:

Vernon Halverson and Cindy Carfore purchased an 8,250 square-foot building at 11615 Chitwood Dr. for $746,000.00 from Robert Rockwell. Doug Steele and Honorà Jacobus of Gates, D'Alessandro & Woodyard negotiated the transaction.

Flor Services Corp. purchased 3,008 square feet of office/warehouse space at 5651 Halifax Ave. from Carla Benton for $350,000. John Kremski, CCIM, Todd Holman and Thomas E. Woodyard of Gates D'Alessandro & Woodyard negotiated the transaction.

Gerardo Santiago, DDS purchased a 3,686 square-foot commercial condo at 3021 Airport Rd. North, Naples for $1,161,090. Investment Properties Corp of Naples, and Denise Da Silveira, (co-broker) of Gates, D'Alessandro & Woodyard, negotiated the transaction.

AXA Network, LLC leased 3,184 square feet of business office space at Marketplace Road (Daniels Galleria East) from Larson Allen, LLP. Thomas E. Woodyard of Gates D'Alessandro & Woodyard negotiated the transaction.

The Sands Commercial Group at VIP Commercial TCN Worldwide announced the following transactions:

Bella Signs & Designs, Inc. leased 1,970 square feet of space at 17100 Safety Lane, from Clarkton Properties LLC. Paul Sands and Tiffany Martin of VIP Commercial TCN Worldwide represented the landlord and Pierre Peebles of Century 21 Prestige Realty Group represented the tenant.

FBT Parts Inc. DBA CarQuest leased 4,700 square feet of space at 17051 Jean Street, from Chason Investments LLC. Paul Sands and Tiffany Martin of VIP Commercial TCN Worldwide represented the land- lord and Brian Myers of VIP Commercial represented the tenant.

Awards

The Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International recognized Quenzel & Associates with two prestigious awards in two highly competitive categories; one for their advertising campaign on behalf of Pink Shell Beach Resort & Spa and the other for their Web marketing campaign on behalf of the Sanibel-Captiva Islands Chamber of Commerce.

The awards were presented to Quenzel & Associates during the 18th annual HSMAI Adrian Awards Show - a gala black-tie dinner held at the New York Marriott Marquis. The event was attended by more than 1,000 hospitality, travel and tourism industry and marketing executives. The 2007 HSMAI Adrian Awards Competition, now in its 51st year, attracted more than 1,300 entries from around the world, with entries judged by teams of experts from all sectors of the industry The Adrian Awards celebrate the most ingenious and forward- thinking sales & marketing campaigns in the travel industry. Importantly, they are fact and results based as they are tied to an advertiser's return-on-investment.
