Brad and Colbi Congress rolled out the red carpet at their new location for Bradley's Fine Jewelers at The Shops at Andrea Lane, next to Bonefish Grill, on Thursday, Jan. 31. Clients, friends, and a few 'special guests' gathered to celebrate the new store in true diva fashion.
