Designer Showcase opens at the International Design Center

The display showcases the latest in interior and exterior living design trends, techniques and materials created by some of the industry's top designers. A residential floor plan will be replicated in a unique 5,000 square foot setting within the International Design Center, representing twelve distinctive rooms and spaces. Exciting workshops and seminars will also take place on a wide range of topics, from designing "green" to use of lighting color and more.

Tickets are $20 and are available in the Baker, Stickley and Pierre Deux showrooms at the IDC. The Southwest Florida Symphony also has tickets available at the box office or online at www.swflso.org (click on Symphony Society/Events). All proceeds benefit the Southwest Florida Symphony Orchestra and Chorus.

A Preview Gala will launch "The Art of Design" on Sunday, Feb. 17. The cost is $65 per person. Tickets may be obtained at the International Design Center. Designer Showcase hours are: Mon. - Sat., 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Sun., 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
