First office building at Eastlinks Business Park complete

McGarvey Development has completed construction of the first of four office buildings at Eastlinks Business Park, located at 12550 Professional Park Drive in the Gateway area of south Fort Myers.

Customizable office suites start at 1,300 square feet, with a total of 30,000 square feet of office space available. Many units feature views of the courtyard with park-like landscaping.

Three additional office buildings are planned for a total of 174,000 square feet of space. In addition, the Eastlinks Business Park includes three buildings with 173,000 square feet of customizable industrial flex space. Leasing is available for both flex and office space with full-service design and generous build-out allowance. A 7.41-acre out parcel on Daniels Parkway is also available for sale.

The Eastlinks Business Park has entrances off both Daniels Parkway and Gateway Boulevard, with convenient access to I-75 and Southwest Florida International Airport. The park is located adjacent to McGarvey Development's Westlinks Business Park.
