Goldberg Peggy Dougherty has joined Fine- Mark National Bank & Trust as a loan administrator. In her new position, Dougherty will manage all aspects of the loan process from researching inquiries to monitoring accounts. Dougherty has 22 years of banking experience, including her previous position as senior loan processor for a lending group in Fort Myers. She has also extended her knowledge in the banking industry through The American Institute of Banking courses.

Regions Financial Corporation announced that Ryan Goldberg, 36, has been named Fort Myers City President responsible for the bank's operations in Lee and Charlotte counties. As City President, Goldberg is responsible for the bank's consumer, business banking, commercial and private banking operations in Lee and Charlotte counties. Goldberg joined Regions in 1993 as a management associate and has served the bank in progressively responsible roles from branch manager and business banker to his most recent position as Southwest Florida Consumer Banking Executive. He received his bachelors' degree in Finance from Florida State University in Tallahassee.
