Gates, D'Alessandro & Woodyard announced the following transactions:

Rudolph K. Matland leased 880 square feet of office space at Suite 107 in the Pinebrook Park Complex from Harry M. Lowell. Todd Holman and Steve Wood of Gates D'Alessandro & Woodyard negotiated the transaction.

Albino-Hinkley, Lorraine D. d/b/a Primerica Financial Services renewed their lease of 500 square feet of office space at Pinebrook Park. Steve Wood of Gates D'Alessandro & Woodyard completed the transaction.

John Saladino, Jr. (NY Pizza) renewed his lease of 1,500 square feet of retail space at the Pinebrook Park Complex from Harry M. Lowell. Todd Holman and Steve Wood of Gates D'Alessandro & Woodyard completed the transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Myers announced the following transaction:

Florida Power & Light Company purchased a 5.2 acre substation site on Airport Haul from Premier Airport Park, LLC for $1.7 million. Gary Tasman and Shawn Stoneburner of Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Myers negotiated the transaction.

CC Turner, Inc. has been awarded the construction contract for the Hindu Temple of Southwest Florida. The 8,586 square foot temple is phase one of the three phase project. Completion is schedule for late summer.

Owen-Ames-Kimball Company has completed construction project management of the first Colonial Bank branch in the bank's South Florida Region expansion plan. This 2,500-squarefoot bank will provide services to the Bay- view area of Fort Lauderdale with three drive-through lanes, a drive-up ATM and a full service walk-in office. Colonial Bank anticipates the addition of more than 10 new branches in its south region.

Brinker Brown Fastener & Supply, Inc. announced the Grand Opening/Open House of their new 30,000 square-foot headquarters on Feb. 1 and 2 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Many manufacturers will be in attendance including Miss Makita of 2008. The DeWalt #17 race car will be on display and the Lenox Hackman will be cutting a car in half on both days. The new facility is located at 12290 Crystal Commerce Loop, Fort Myers. The public is invited.

J.L. Wallace Inc. has been awarded a contract to renovate Fort Myers Christian Center, a non-denominational Christian church, and a community outreach center located at 3500 Fowler Street, Fort Myers. J.L. Wallace will add a new lobby, create new sanctuary space and add a new kitchen and classrooms to the 8,000-square-foot building. Ken Kensinger of J.L. Wallace will serve as the project manager, and Fran Ferri will serve as project manager assistant. Construction is expected to start in early this year with completion in June.

Commercial contractor Heatherwood Construction has launched a new company Web site, www.HeatherwoodConstruction. com. Heatherwood's new site allows clients and subcontractors to check the status and view current photos of their projects using a secure login. Viewers can also stay up-todate on the latest information by visiting the company's newsroom. The site features a section to view project photos under various phases of completion. It also offers a comprehensive overview of green building and Heatherwood's sustainable building techniques. Additional site features include customer testimonials, company history and employment information.

Stevens Construction Inc. has completed construction of a new medical facility for Florida Eye Health. Located at 3020 Lee Blvd. in Lehigh Acres, the office will include seven exam rooms, a reception area, testing rooms and an optical display area. The facility will serve as a satellite office to the main Fort Myers location. Stevens Construction was awarded the construction contract by Dr. Jonathan M. Frantz, in July 2007. Marty McClain of Stevens Construction was the project manager, Janet Edwards was the project administrator, and Joe Beach served as superintendent.
