Love Chocolatier Norman Love will judge the works of other top chefs competing in the "Food Network Challenge: Chocolate Landmarks," which will air at 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10. In a sweet tribute to Valentine's Day, four of the nation's best pastry and dessert chefs will fashion four-foot-tall, 100 percent chocolate landmarks as they compete for a grand prize of $10,000. Love, owner of Norman Love Confections in Fort Myers, will judge the entries along with Patrick Coston, owner/ executive pastry chef at PC Desserts in New York City; and Gale Gand, executive pastry chef and partner of Tru and Cenitare in Chicago.
