Cave-Smith Cave-Smith Jennifer Cave- Smith has started JCS Training & Consulting Services, a full service professional development and human resource consulting company. With over 15 years experience in training and human resources, Cave-Smith has developed and delivered professional development programs in the hospitality, homebuilding, and manufacturing industries. As a certified trainer for NetSpeed Leadership, Franklin Covey, Partners in Leadership, and the American Red Cross, she has facilitated numerous workshops in customer service, supervisory skills, leadership, management development, behavioral interviewing, safety, communication, and team building. Cave- Smith holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources development, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication, and is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Renee Kennedy-Edwards, MS, owner of Coaching 4 Success, Bonita Springs, will be the guest speaker for a function sponsored by Steven Belcher of Belcher & Co, an insurance and financial services firm located in Fort Myers. The invitation-only event will be held at the Edison-Ford Winter Estates in Fort Myers on Jan. 24. The title of Kennedy- Edwards' presentation is "The Value of True Success and How to Get There."
