Gates D'Alessandro & Woodyard reported the following transactions:

Championship Circle Holdings, Inc. leased 200 square feet of office space at the Pinebrook Park Complex from Harry M. Lowell. Steve Wood negotiated the transaction.

Auditory Associates of Sanibel, Inc. leased 1,200 square feet of office space at the North River Center on N. Cleveland Ave. from TBM Properties. John Kremski, CCIM and Todd Holman completed the transaction.

New You Studio, Inc. leased 1,024 square feet and 518 square feet suites for a fitness studio at Units 110 and 209 at the Pinebrook Park Complex from Harry M. Lowell. Todd Holman and Steve Wood completed the transaction.

H.I.S., LLC leased 4,762 square feet of Office/Warehouse for a granite/Corian countertop business at the Billy Creek Commerce Center from Central Park Office Complex, LLC. Kevin Rosenthal negotiated the transaction.

Muzak, LLC leased 2,560 square feet of Office/Warehouse space at Airport Woods from Suffield Investments, LLP. John Kremski, CCIM and Todd P. Holman completed the transaction.

1543625 Ontario, Inc purchased a single family residence at 9818 Red Reef Ct, Fort Myers from James Hooper for $350,000.00. Gloria Hooper negotiated the transaction.

Southwest Florida CCIM District elects officers for 2008

The CCIM Institute's Southwest Florida District recently elected its 2008 officers.

Jim Tamblyn, CCIM, senior commercial property specialist with Colliers Arnold, was elected to a second term as the district's president. Laura Fish, CCIM, broker/owner with Platinum Coast Investment Realty, Inc., was re-elected vice president; Adam Palmer, commercial associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, was elected treasurer; and Andrew Falde, commercial property specialist with Colliers Arnold, was elected secretary.

The Southwest Florida District covers Lee, Charlotte, Collier, Glades, and Hendry Counties with the mission of providing the highest quality networking, marketing, and education opportunities to enhance its members' ability to successfully conduct commercial real estate business.

The district will hold its eighth annual Real Estate Outlook Conference, the area's premier commercial real estate event, Jan. 22 at Harborside Event Center. Based in Chicago, the CCIM Institute confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation to commercial real estate professionals through an extensive curriculum of 200 classroom hours, in addition to professional experience requirements. Currently, there are 9,400 CCIMs in 1,000 markets worldwide. An additional 9,000 practitioners are candidates for the designation.

BUPAC hosts Lt. Gov. Kottkamp

The Business People United for Political Action Committee invites the public to attend its regular weekly breakfast meetings in January. On Jan. 15 the guest speaker will be Lt. Gov. Jeff Kottkamp. BUPAC meets every Tuesday morning at The French Roast Café on Tamiami Trail just north of the Bell Tower, behind Outback Steak House. Breakfast is $10.00 and begins at 7:00. The program begins at 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
