Miromar Lakes now boasts over 700 acres of adjoining waterways

The Miromar Lakes Beach Club, on the left, includes a pier and docks to accommodate travel by boat from residences located along the community's over 700 acres of contiguous waterways. With the recent opening of the Peninsula Bridge and passageway between Lake Maggiore and Lake Como, Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club now boasts over 700 acres of contiguous freshwater lakes. With depths up to 35 feet, the lakes offer endless opportunities for in-lake swimming, boating, sailing, water-skiing and fishing. The new bridge allows boaters to pass between the approximately 450-acre Lake Maggiore and approximately 250-acre Lake Como and also connects the neighborhoods of Costa del Lago to The Peninsula. The Peninsula is Miromar Lakes' newest enclave, featuring several waterfront neighborhoods. A Marina Club is also planned for The Peninsula.

Numerous waterfront neighborhoods in Miromar Lakes feature private boat docks that provide space for a motor craft up to 23 feet in length. The docks also provide accommodations for sailboats up to 21 feet long in addition to canoes, paddleboats, kayaks and windsurfers. For those residents who do not have their own water craft, Miromar Lakes Marine Services offer plenty of fun afloat with a selection of boats for rent. The rental fleet includes 12-foot sailboats, pontoon boats and a fishing skiff. Miromar's Marine Services also offers Sunset Cruises, complete with your favorite beverage and a gourmet picnic basket.

In addition to the 700 acres of contiguous freshwater lakes, Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club features three miles of private white sandy beach and "signature" championship golf, all within one luxurious setting.
