Brown Architecture, Inc. has hired Roman Brown as Business Development Associate in their Fort Myers office. Originally from Arkansas, Brown joins Architecture, Inc. with a Master's Degree in Public Administration as a Cum Laude graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University. He will be responsible for coordinating the firm's local office marketing and new business efforts.

Brenton L. Mongan and Laurie Milligan Andersen have joined Weber Design Group, Inc. in Naples. Mongan is Director of Sales & Marketing, and Anderson is Director of Operations. Mongan brings over twenty years of industry experience having worked in varying capacities for local builders and developers. In his role at Weber Design Group, he will be responsible for new business development for the Custom Home Plan division as well as introducing media opportunities to preferred manufacturers, builders and suppliers. Prior to relocating to Florida, Andersen was Director of Operations for Hutker Architects, on the island of Martha's Vineyard.
