Timothy A. Stephenson, ChFC, has been appointed Executive Director of the Legacy Foundation said Peter Dys, president of Shell Point Retirement Community. The Legacy Foundation was founded in 2002 as a non-profit organization that provides fiduciary services such as benevolent gift administration, charitable gift annuities, power of attorney and personal surrogate services, bill paying, estate and gift planning assistance, and the delivery of enhanced financial management services to the residents of Shell Point.

Stephenson Prior to coming to Shell Point, Stephenson served as the Senior Vice President for Development for the Orchard Foundation of The Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination, which is headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado. His background also includes experience in insurance and investment services with the Prudential Insurance Company of America.
