Museum of History announces 2007-08 trip schedule

The Southwest Florida Museum of History proudly announces its 26th year of Escorted Day Trips. The museum continues its popular excursions with visits to exciting areas, exhibits and some new behind-thescenes offerings!

This year, travelers will be treated to an exciting variety of tours that include old favorites, a new overnight, a return to the Space Coast and some behind-the-scenes additions to enhance tour experiences.

Returning favorites include the Sugarland Tour, South Beach Duck Tour, Ringling Museum with its Grandma Moses Exhibit, Calusa Heritage Tour and an outing to exclusive Useppa Island.

Tried and true tours include the Babcock Ranch and ECHO farm which this year, will feature behind-the-scenes talks and tastings.

New tours include an overnight to Key West, a journey to Kennedy Space Center, a visit to the Vizcaya Museum & Gardens in Miami and a trip to Solomon's Castle and Historic Spanish Point.

All tours include round-trip transportation, admission fees, lunch and a guide. Museum members enjoy discounts.
