New Paseo sales center opens on-site

The sales center includes audio-visual presentations of Paseo's residential offerings as well as murals and displays of the community's unique Village Center.

Memory points set the mood for Paseo and include the bright red vintage bicycle that serves as a touchstone for Paseo, as well as a three dimensional café scene complete with a real table and chairs backed by an elaborate mural.

Interactive computer monitors allow visitors to study Paseo's residential offerings, while murals and wall displays depict the community's unique Village Center. The sales center also features a huge topographical table detailing the configuration of the community and each building location. Paseo is a private, gated 444- acre community surrounded by the pristine environment of the Six Mile Cypress Slough.

The two-story Village Center Clubhouse complex is the epicenter of the community. Amenities include a full-service concierge, a bistro, an ice cream parlor, a pub, an internet café and a coffee shop, as well as a theatre with a projection room and comfortable elevated seating.

The Village Center will also include an island resort-style pool, a tennis center with six tennis courts (two of which are open for play), spa services, a fishing pier, bocce ball, beach volleyball and basketball courts.

The casita blends the ease and luxury of maintenance-free living with the privacy of a single-family home, as each unit is connected by a simple trellis rather than shared walls.

The Signature and Master Series singlefamily homes feature sweeping views of the Six Mile Cypress Slough and surrounding lakes. The floor plans range from 1,649 to 2,481 square feet under air.
