Miromar Development Corporation has made the following appointments: • Caroline Burgess has joined Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club as Spa Manager. Burgess brings 11 years of Ritz-Carlton Naples luxury guest experience with her. She was part of the Ritz-Carlton Spa opening team and held positions there as a lead esthetician, trainer and supervisor. • Raquel C. Fernandez has been promoted to Head Concierge for Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club. Fernandez will be in charge of Miromar's Concierge Department, overseeing both the general resident concierge services and the new private personal concierge program for residents. • Kevin Thompson has been promoted to Director of Golf & Memberships for Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club. Thompson joined Miromar Lakes as Head Golf Professional in 2006. Prior to that Thompson spent 14 years at Island Country Club on Marco Island, nine as Head Golf Professional and five as Assistant Golf Professional. • Ken McMaster has joined Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club as Head Golf Professional. McMaster most recently was Head Golf Professional at Tuscany Reserve Golf Club in Naples.
