Bonita Bay development 90 percent sold
Bonita Bay Group reports that Bramble Pointe, a neighborhood of 41 detached villas by Pulte Homes in Grand Arbors at TwinEagles, is now more than 90 percent sold. Surrounded by lakes, nature preserves and the first fairway of the Gary Player-designed Aerie golf course, the neighborhood was introduced in June 2005. To date 37 of the 41 homes have sold.
Grand Arbors is the newest phase of TwinEagles, the 1,115-acre master-planned community being developed by Bonita Bay Group in North Naples.
Bramble Pointe offers three floor plans ranging from 1,964 to 2,389 air-conditioned square feet and base-priced from the $500,000s, including homesite. Two models are available for viewing in Bramble Pointe: The Maple, a two-bedroom, two-and-onehalf bath home with 1,964 square feet under air, and The Spinnaker, a two-story home with two bedrooms, den and three baths, and 2,098 square feet of living space.
Homes in the neighborhood feature vaulted ceilings, decorative colonial baseboard trims and large kitchens with wood-raised panel cabinets and Corian counter tops. Exterior features of the homes include tile roofs and brick-paver driveways.
Pulte Homes, with more than 50 years of homebuilding experience, is the exclusive builder in Bramble Pointe.
