LARC, Inc. of Fort Myers named Lisa Cronin Miller as its new Director of Community Relations and Education. In this role she is responsible for the fundraising, marketing and educational activities of the organization as well as developing new relationships with community and business leaders. Prior to joining LARC, Inc., Miller was President of the Sensitivity Awareness Workshop of Southwest Florida, Inc. The purpose of the Workshop was to educate individuals about people who have physical, mental or learning disabilities through a hands-on, interactive program that fosters an understanding and a sincere sense of compassion and empathy towards those with disabilities. Over 10,000 people participated in the workshop. Lisa will continue presenting the workshops as part of LARC's overall fundraising and community awareness activities.
