Engle Homes unveils new floorplans

Six of the new floorplans will be built as models in the coming months.

The Trophy Series of single-family homes offer up to five bedrooms and 3.5 baths with living areas from 1,607 to 2,874 square feet. Prices start in the $290s.

The Premiere Series of single-family homes offer up to five bedrooms and three baths with living areas from 1,881 to 3,260 square feet. Prices start in the $320s.

The final three floorplans in the new series are two new condominiums and one villa whose features will reflect the homes in the Trophy Series. These new plans offer up to three bedrooms and 2.5 baths with living areas from 1,390 to 1,800 square feet. Prices start in the $230s.

The 290-acre Reflection Lakes community includes amenities such as an 8,000- square-foot clubhouse with a grand ballroom, billiards room, library, game room and card room, catering kitchen, fitness center, locker and shower facilities and office center.

Outdoor amenities at Reflection Lakes include an expansive lakeside sun deck, shaded lounge area, resort-style pool, lighted tennis courts and tot lot.
