Tarpon Point Grand Opening in Cape Coral

State Representative Gary Aubuchon and Rita Keltner, Grosse Pointe Development MarinaVillage is a $150 million mixed-use project within Tarpon Point Marina featuring a waterfront retail center; a 184-room resort-style condo/hotel; two waterfront restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating; a day spa and fitness center; and resortstyle pool all centered around the deep-water marina with 175 slips for boats up to 75 feet long. Grosse Pointe Development is the developer of the project.
