New real estate office opens

David Cole, former broker of record for VIP Realty Group, Inc and business partner Jenny Moorhead, former sales manager with VIP Realty Group, Inc, formed Amerivest Realty of Lee Island Coast, and opened their new office on Metropolis Avenue last week.

Moorhead said the company, with nine agents, is concentrating on Web based sales and foreign buyers.

"We're just getting ready for season," said Moorhead, who also predicted a strong selling season.

Cole and Moorhead have a 40- year combined, comprehensive real estate background in residential sales and property management. Cole is also Director of Business Development for Amerivest Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Amerivest Realty. He oversees the development of franchises throughout Florida and the U.S. Amerivest Realty is a progressive real estate business model focused on search engine marketing that provides the services and training of "traditional" real estate.
