Baker MEL-RE, announced the appointment of

Stephen Baker as project manager for MELRE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, INC. Baker has experience in the residential, multi-family and commercial fields that dates back to 1984. He moved to Florida in 2004, from North Carolina where he originally obtained his residential contractors license in 1984. Since that time he has continued to build his portfolio with extensive experience with some of the largest local home builders. Current MEL-RE projects include offices, luxury residential villas, condominium community, industrial park, retail shopping centers, and commercial/flex space parks. The firm is a construction management and contracting company, specializing in commercial and multi-family development for its affiliated companies, MEL-RE DEVELOPMENT, INC. and MEL-RE ASSOCIATES, INC.
