Catalina Isles quick move-in supply dwindles with popularity

For instance, Catalina Isles in South Fort Myers is offering dramatically low prices on Quick Move-In Homes with their Extreme Summer Deals! Catalina Isles has proven to be quite popular with buyers who are taking advantage of the great pricing that is now available. Only a few immediate occupancy homes remain in the community, which will have 282 single-family homes at completion. The finished homes are loaded with upgrades and are being sold at tremendous values.

Homebuyers can choose from several different floorplans to suit their needs. For example, a 1,920 square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath, one-story Albano with a pool is priced at just $319,990. A two-story Bardolino home with 2,338 square feet, four bedrooms and three baths is priced at only $343,975. Only two homes are available for immediate occupancy in the luxury Sorrento series. One example is the popular Giacosa model, which is two stories with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a loft, a retreat and a three-car garage priced at just $518,240. The Sorrento series offer a total of six floor plans with preconstruction prices from the low $400,000s. Three, four or five bedroom plans are avail- able with up to four-and-one half bathrooms and 4,340 air-conditioned square feet.
