HSA Engineers & Scientists announced the following staff moves:

Britton Regina Britton has joined HSA as a Senior Civil Engineer. Britton has a professional engineer's license in New York and over 22 years of experience in land surveying, residential and commercial land development design, project and construction management, private sector and municipal road design, feasibility studies and environmental impact statements. Jack J. Burda has joined HSA as a Structural Project Engineer. Jack has over 10 years of experience and has designed a variety of building structures including churches,

schools, office buildings, clubhouses, condominiums, private residences, light industrial buildings and commercial buildings.

HSA also announced the promotion of Gordon L. Walters, Jr. to Environmental Department Manager of the Fort Myers office. Walters has a very diverse background including six years as project manager over multiple remediation type projects, two years as staff engineer, and five years as environmental coordinator in the U.S. Marine Corps.
