First Community Bank of Southwest Florida has appointed Randall Henderson to its board of directors, announced bank President and Chief Operating Officer David Hall. As a board member, Henderson will aid in business development initiatives and key decision-making activities for the bank. Henderson is president of the Corbin Henderson Company, an investment real estate company in Fort Myers. Prior to that, Henderson was vice president of North Carolina National Bank for seven years. Active in the community, Henderson is Fort Myers city councilman and is past president of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce. Riverside Bank of the Gulf Coast announced that Michelle R. Fair has joined the company's new Reverse Mortgage Division. In her new position, Fair will be responsible for originating and processing Reverse Mortgage Loans. Fair has over 23 years of management, sales and government services experience and over five years of reverse mortgage lending experience. She most recently served as a reverse mortgage closing coordinator for Fifth Third Bank where she was named Top Sales Person for the Reverse Mortgage Department from 2003-2005. Her career also includes serving as a mortgage loan originator, a consumer complaint service representative for the State of Florida's District Administrator (District 8) and a senior legislative assistant for the City of Fort Myers.
