Fort Myers Mayor Jim Humphrey helped celebrate the launch of the Riviera Harbour Yacht Club at St. Tropez/Riviera Luxury Tower Complex in downtown Fort Myers. An integral player in downtown's revitalization efforts and future development, Yacht Clubs of the Americas newest marina will feature 47 luxury Wet Dockominiums with convenient waterway access to the Caloosahatchee.
Yacht Clubs of the Americas and Homes For America Holdings, the developer of St. Tropez/Rivera recently entered into a partnership. The highly-anticipated joint venture introduces downtown Ft. Myers to modern high-rise living accompanied by YCOA's premier network of luxury yacht clubs and waterfront boat slips.
In addition to convenient waterway access for boaters to Caloosahatchee River, YCOA slip owners will benefit from the unparalleled amenities of a yacht club atmosphere, which features a martini/cigar lounge, waterfront cocktail bars, tiki hut barbeque, spa, fitness center, swimming pool, saunas, gourmet deli and coffee lounge. Ownership also entitles members to reciprocal privileges at other YCOA ports-of-call including Destin, Key West, Sanibel, Naples, Tampa, Stuart, New Smyrna, Ft. George (Jacksonville) and Grand Bahamas. ¦
