Corso Michael J. Corso, a stockholder in the law firm Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., has been named president of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. Formed in 1967, the FDLA is comprised of over 1,000 lawyers at private practice, private corporation and public entity levels. Its goal is to promote a level playing field in civil litigation and to foster its members' growth as professionals. Corso is the chair of Henderson Franklin's tort and insurance litigation division, and focuses his practice in the defense of non-medical professionals, including lawyers, accountants, architects, engineers and surveyors, copyright/trademark infringement, product liability and more general tort defense matters in litigation.
