Hodges University Associate Professor of Business Administration, Aysegul Timur, was honored with a best presenter award at the recent Global Business & Economics Research Conference in Istanbul, Turkey. Timur's report, "The Impact of the European Integration on the Pharmaceutical Industry," was picked best out of the 50 presentations at the global event. Her extensive and meaningful research also earned Dr. Timur the Hodges University "Dean's Award for Scholarly Research." The award, presented by Dr. Fred Nerone, founding dean of the Kenneth Oscar Johnson School of Business at Hodges, recognizes distinguished professors at the University who have presented significant research. Her report was published in the summer, 2007 edition of "The Business Review, Cambridge." Issued three times a year, the publication is the premier journal in the field of education in business.
