North Star project earns awards

Lee Building Industry Association has honored North Star Yacht Club, a condominium project developed by Continental Realty, with three "2007 Parade of Homes" awards for its "Aquarius 08" floor plan. The project's architectural firm, RJ McCormack Architect, Inc., designed winning entries for Superior Home and Best Livability.

The versatile three-bedroom floor plan features elegant architectural appointments and makes the most of its 2,390 square feet, with a spacious master suite and inviting unit entryway that beckons guests to expansive balconied views of the Caloosahatchee River and Fort Myers downtown skyline.

"The team worked very hard to create a design that takes full advantage of water and cityscape surroundings to optimize the North Star lifestyle. We are so pleased that it has been recognized in this manner by the local building industry," explains CEO and principle architect Rick McCormack.
