Engle Homes adds two local brands

Engle Homes' Southwest Florida Division has announced that Olympia Pointe in Lehigh Acres and Coral Lakes in Cape Coral are now fully integrated into Engle Homes' Southwest Florida Division and will be marketed under the Engle Homes' brand, one of the most recognized and respected homebuilding brands in the nation.

The master-planned communities, previously developed by Transeastern Homes, have been merged into the operations of Engle Homes because of the acquisition of the Transeastern Homes' assets by TOUSA, Inc., the parent company of Engle Homes.

TOUSA is a leading homebuilder in the United States, operating in various metropolitan markets in 10 states located in four major geographic regions: Florida, the Mid-Atlantic, Texas and the West.
